The Great Goat Canyon Train Trestle Adventure of 1994

We started our trek from the Dos Cabezas Station on the old San Diego & Arizona Eastern Railroad, shown above.  It was not easy to find, as it is in the middle of the Anza Borrego Desert, at the end of an unmarked dirt road. This view is to the south.  The trestle is 5 miles to the north.
